Everything happens for a good reason.
My husband and I decided to adopted a little dog for my mother in law. So, we now love a Japanese Chen call Mandy. She is older, between 7 and 10 years but BARC Shelter took good care of her despite some of her health issues. Not only have we changed her life, but Mandy has also changed our lives too.

Dear BARC —This is our happy ending story. I wanted a kitty, BAD. My boyfriend promised to adopt one for me for X-mas. By March I decided enough was enough and dragged him down to BARC. There were 2 kittens there that day, one was already spoken for. We met the other guy, he was known then as JIM CAREY.
