The Story

Francine is a 5 years old Amstaff mix. She was originally owner surrendered to BARC in July 2010, because they didnt have time for her. She was adopted right away and just recently surrendered after a year because she supposedly bit their year old baby. The owner said that the baby would pull on her ear and tail since birth, and this was the first time she snapped back. Francine is a very active dog, she is ball-crazy and would do anything to get one. When she has her ball she gets really protective about it from other dogs and she will fight for it, with aggression. She like dogs but no rough play allowed. She loves to sit on benches and will stay there forever if she can. She mouths your hands/arm when playing with her but she listens to basic command like 'no' and 'stop'.
