The Story
Joseph was originally found wandering on a highway. He came to BARC underweight but he soon got to a healthier weight. Joe was adopted and lived with his new family for a while, but because he always wants to be with a person and will do his best to get to a person, he came back to us. His owner just could not be with him 24/7 and though it broke her heart, she brought him to us again.
Joseph is now hanging out here until the perfect family comes his way. He is looking for a family that has a yard and a person who is always home. He has alot of love to give and is always ready to give it!
