Bernadette Sings From the Heart on Broadway

Bernadette Peters returned to Broadway in a one-time concert benefit for Broadway Barks and Broadway Cares. Broadway Barks was founded by Bernadette and Mary Tyler Moore to help shelters in NYC to care for abandoned animals. We're very thankful for you Bernadette!

We are happy to offer Bernadette Peters' book, Broadway Barks, for $25. Each is personally autographed by the star and includes an exclusive CD featuring a reading of the story and an original song written and sung by Ms. Peters! This hardcover book is 40 pages and written for children of all ages. Drop by the store or call for a copy. We only have a handful. Proceeds go to the BARC Animal Shelter.

BARC's mission is to provide safe haven for homeless animals and find permanent, loving homes for these animals. The animals in our care receive quality food, shelter, and medical attention. We meet the needs of homeless animals through the assistance of dedicated volunteers, revenues generated from the success of our pet supply business, and from private donations.

Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition (BARC) is a 501c3 not-for-profit, no-kill, privately funded animal shelter, located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Established in 1987, BARC receives no subsides from the city, state, or federal government.
